How do you determine shipping costs?

As you know, these pieces are extremely fragile ceramics and most are one of a kind. They must be packed very well to ensure they are delivered safely. Since most of the pieces are similar in size and weight, our shipping rates are one standardized flat rate based on what region of the US you live in. 

Can I pickup my order in person? 

Of course! If you’re local or willing to travel to Manhattan, you can pick up your piece in person at the artist’s studio. Use discount code SELFPICKUP at checkout to remove the shipping fee. Provide your contact info in the comment section and I will reach out to you to schedule a pickup date and time. 

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 days of purchase.Transit time is not included in the lead times stated above as transit times vary dramatically. If you need an order to ship or arrive by a specific date, we urge you to type in special instructions in the space provided during check out. Please note this may lead to additional shipping charges and we cannot guarantee your desired date. 

I live outside of the United States. Can I still purchase a piece? Yes. Please email us at [email protected] with the piece you’d like to purchase and your address. We will work out a custom shipping plan and charge.
